Top Quality Home Services provides pressure washing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, deck and fence staining, holiday lighting installation, hardwood floor and tile cleaning, and related services as described on our website and through our online booking platform.
3. Booking and Payment:
- Online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment is due as specified during the booking process or upon completion of services.
- We accept multiple payment methods through our online invoicing as well as cash and check and card on-site.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 36 hours in advance to avoid a 25% cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
- Customers are responsible for preparing their property for services as instructed.
- Customers must ensure safe access to the property for our team.
- Customers are responsible for removing fragile or valuable items from areas where services will be performed.
5. Liability:
- Top Quality Home Services is licensed and insured.
- We will take reasonable care to perform services to a high standard.
- We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or customer negligence.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
6. Warranties:
- We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.

- We are not responsible for damage due to severe weather.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are properly sealed.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by loose or damaged siding or roofing.
13. Carpet Cleaning Specifics:
- Customers must remove all small items from the areas to be cleaned.
- We are not responsible for stains that cannot be removed due to the nature of the stain or the fabric.
14. Hardwood and Tile Cleaning Specifics:
- Customers must remove all furniture and small items from the area to be cleaned.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing damage to the flooring.
